Is it the right time for you to start meditation?
We aim to make the meditation practices we offer as accessible as possible. Our practices are short (up to fifteen minutes) and you should follow your own wisdom and adapt the guidance we provide to meet your own needs.
We recommend that you talk to your mental health team or GP before you start meditating if:
you are experiencing a mental health crisis or trauma
you are experiencing physical or mental overload due to a recent challenging life event, such as a bereavement or other loss
Meditation is not a ‘quick fix’, nor should you expect to immediately experience a quiet mind. However, we hope that the meditations we offer cultivate more calm and clarity in your mind as well as an attitude of cheerfulness, which will enable you to fully enjoy the life you have.
